The deadlines start to run from the moment the goods are paid for, except in the cases when the payment is made by cash on delivery. In case the client chooses payment by cash on delivery, the term starts from the moment of confirmation of the order.
The delivery is made through the services of a courier (forwarding company) and is at the expense of the Client.
Cargo - unloading works upon delivery are not the responsibility or obligation of Yavor Bulgaria EOOD / or the courier /, but for the recipient of the goods.
The obligation to deliver the goods will be considered fulfilled with the delivery of the goods to the building where the delivery address specified in the application is located. If an incomplete, incorrect or wrong address and / or telephone number is indicated when submitting an application, it is considered invalid and Yavor Bulgaria EOOD is not obliged to fulfill it.
In case the Client indicates as a method of payment - by bank transfer, debit or credit card and does not make such payment, then for "Yavor Bulgaria" Ltd. there is no obligation to deliver the ordered goods.
In case the Client does not make a payment after he has indicated that the same will be done by cash on delivery, then for "Yavor Bulgaria" EOOD there is no obligation to deliver the goods.
After delivery, the buyer should carefully review the received, personally by him and / or authorized by him person. When, as a result of the inspection, the Consumer finds that the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the goods ordered for purchase, he has the right to request that the delivered goods be replaced with corresponding to his application for purchase of goods. during the inspection, possible damages, shocks, missing elements, missing documents required by the Bulgarian legislation, the buyer should file a complaint. The consumer should immediately inform the person making the delivery. Then a statement of findings should be drawn up in two identical copies, which are signed by the consignee of the goods and / or his proxy and the representative of the courier / forwarding company. Descriptions of obvious deficiencies are mandatory for completing the protocol. Complaints are made in accordance with the CPA (Consumer Protection Act), and the address for their entry is ....... Important - in case the Customer (who is a consumer within the meaning of the CPA) does not make a complaint at the moment or even make one, does not sign a statement of findings, he loses the right to later claim that his goods are delivered with obvious shortcomings, lack of some of the accompanying accessories and / or any of the documents required by Bulgarian law.

8) Payment.
All prices on goods in the e-shop are in Bulgarian levs, VAT included and are announced in the e-shop. When ordering an unavailable product, an advance is paid, in an amount determined by the employees of the e-shop. YAVOR reserves the right to demand payment in advance for other orders made.
The advance payment is made only with the consent of the client, and in case of refusal on his part to pay the advance amount, YAVOR has the right to refuse to enter into a contract for purchase - sale and delivery of the ordered.
The customer agrees that the action on the advance payment of the goods will be considered as explicit consent within the meaning of Article 53 of the Consumer Protection Act.
Regardless of the chosen method, all payments are made only in Bulgarian levs.

9) Refusal of the purchased goods.
Pursuant to Art. 50 of the CPA A buyer who has the status of a consumer within the meaning of the CPA within 14 / fourteen / days of delivery has the right without compensation or penalty and without stating a reason to withdraw from the contract by returning the ordered goods under the following conditions :
The User (Client) shall inform YAVOR in writing in advance, at the following e-mail address: е—shop@yavor.bg, that on the grounds of Art. 55, para 1 CPA shall withdraw from the contract, obligatorily indicating when he will return the goods, but not later than 14 / fourteen / days. The amount paid by the Client is returned to the account from which the goods were paid, after an inspection and acceptance of the goods by YAVOR. The goods will be accepted only if it has not already been installed or there are no traces of use and it is in undamaged commercial condition.
The goods must be returned personally by the consumer (Customer) or by a person authorized by him with a written power of attorney with a notarized signature of the person at the above address
The original packaging of the goods placed by the manufacturer must not be damaged and the integrity of the stickers placed by YAVOR must not be damaged.
All transport and other costs for the return of the goods are entirely at the expense of the consumer (Buyer). Until the moment of return of the goods by the consumer to Yavor, the risk of accidental loss or damage is borne entirely by the consumer. In case a consumer exercises his right under Art. 50 of the CPA, provided that he has fulfilled the above conditions, YAVOR is obliged to reimburse the price paid by bank transfer within 14 / fourteen / days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract under Article 50.
Amounts paid for additional services (delivery and installation) are not refundable. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the User is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the goods (based on Article 55, paragraph 2 of the CPA).
Purchased items, such as bed linen, mattresses, duvets and blankets, ordinary and decorative pillows, are not subject to return according to Article 57, item 5 of the CPA from a hygienic point of view.
10) Warranty service.
Once concluded a contract of sale with yavor.bg and after receiving the object of sale, the User has the right to use warranty service. Warranty protection is applied through the so-called. legal guarantee, which is regulated in the CPA (Consumer Protection Act). The legal guarantee is an obligation of the seller to be a guarantor within two years from the delivery of the goods that he has sold an item that has complied with the contract of sale.
